If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Refund Policy

Sithous accepts donations to help keep the server running. With these donations we can ensure our players that they can have smooth gameplay. When you send a donation you may get special access to the forum, or get extra in-game benefits.

Currently we only use PayPal to accept donations, PayPal is a secure payment processor. We are unable to see any credit card info that you enter. We may ask for your game username, street address, phone number, first and last name, and an email address.

Sithous has a strict no-refund policy unless certain conditions are met. Donations will only be refunded if:

1. Your account has not been upgraded as said.
2. Fraudulent donation was made.
3. Service went offline for a long period of time.

Chargebacks/disputes may get your account banned from playing on any of our servers, and from posting on the forum. Before issuing a chargeback or a dispute please contact Skylar to avoid this problem.

Upon making the donation it may take up to 24-hours to complete the transaction. If you've did a bank transfer it could take up to 8 days depending on the bank.

Sithous may revoke any special access to the forum, or extra in-game benefits if we feel the need we have to. No refund will be given. If you've purchased admin and abused it you will also be banned, and no refund will be given.
